Christian Builders Ltd is a well oiled machine, manned by Nick Christian - the foundations of the company date back to 1963 when Nick's father, William 'Bill' Christian and his brother Edward 'Eddie' Christian, created a building firm called Christian Brothers Ltd.

 

Here stems the quality craftsmanship that has been delivered to clients through the generations. Nick then took over the company and, along with a skilled team, continued to produce high quality work and maintain a loyal client base.

From 2012-2019 Nick joined forces with Grahame Millwater to produce MillChris Developments Ltd. Nick's knowledge of design and construction along with Grahame's flair for business and capital, enabled the pair to create an ideal platform for pursuing exciting property ventures.

Today, Christian Builders Margate Ltd has a diverse personal property portfolio and a distinct range of client work ranging from historic refurbishments to bespoke furniture design.
