A 17th Century cottage in Sandwich, Kent. This period property is Grade II listed, and has undergone a complete transformation.

The clients have been heavily involved with the team, on the yearlong journey so far, creating an utterly bespoke living space. The cottage has been completely electrically re-wired, re-insulated, refurbished staircases, new bathrooms, flooring, bespoke joinery such as a cabin bed and bookcases, a kitchen extension and glazed roof, and finally (the most intriguing part!) a secret door has been created, within a bookcase, with a hidden button installed in a book! 

This house is truly one of a kind and the transformation is incredible. It has been a pleasure working with clients who have a passion for detail, design and quality, and like our past clients, appreciate the craftsmanship we have to offer. We hope they enjoy their new home for many years to come.
